Weaving workshop where conversation flows easily providing a fuller cultural experience, tutored by Aunty Elaine Magias, Kaurna Elder.
About this event
Weaving workshop is not limited to weaving alone, I like to provide a fuller cultural experience.
I create and support a safe and comfortable environment where when people come together to weave, conversations flow very easily, people are encouraged to ask me cultural questions, including Aboriginal diversity of language, art, cultural practices, food and beliefs. I believe this environment is important in building reconciliation

>Secure beginning and ending stiches
>Add more materials to increase size
>Build a 2-dimensional shape
>Tapering off and ending the weave
